Payment Options

We offer an inexpensive way to obtain a divorce. As long as the parties are cooperating, agree on the divorce as well as how the assets and liabilities are to be divided, then you can obtain an uncontested divorce.

If the divorce contains minor children, only one of the parties can be the primary caregiver. Child support is required and must be in the amount established by the State of Georgie through the child support guidelines. The parties must also agree on this for their divorce to be uncontested.

The uncontested divorce process is designed to be completed with no office appointments, clients are welcome to schedule an office or zoom consultation at an additional cost. We do offer a free phone consultation.

The cost for an uncontested divorce is $800 plus filing fee for a divorce with no minor children and $1400 plus filing fee for a divorce with minor children. If your divorce requires a deed to divide up real estate or you need a 401(k) or pension plan divided with a qualified domestic relations order (QDRO), we offer both of those services at an additional cost. Also, most counties will finalize your divorce with no court appearance, if a court appearance is required by either zoom or in person, each court appearance is an additional $250.
